Why Do I Need to Submit a Ticket?
Submitting a ticket to resolve an issue allows our Technology and Buildings & Grounds departments to work efficiently and ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
The ticketing system allows for easy communication between you and the assigned team member working on your issue.
Once I Submit My Ticket, Where Does It Go?
Once a ticket is submitted, it will be assigned to the appropriate team member to resolve the identified issue. The team member assigned to the ticket will update the ticket as they work to resolve the issue.
